Make project functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. Must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for innovative and creative individuals who can provide fast and quality work for the position of Architectural Designer.
  • Search for and bid on new projects.
  • Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project.
  • work closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and builders, to determine how project will function, look, and be furnished.
  • Some sketches or drawings may be freehand.
  • Consider how the project will be used and how people will move through the space.
  • Sketch preliminary design plans and 3D models.
  • Present Final design plans and 3D models using (3Ds Max v-ray).
  • Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
  • Prepare final technical plans, using computer applications.
  • Create a timeline for the interior design project and BOQ in excel sheet.
  • Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements.
  • Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied.

The Applicant must have a great experience in 2D, 3D and photo-editing software such as:

  • AutoCAD
  • Sketch-up
  • 3ds MAX/V-ray
  • Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office

Job Description:

  • Identifying new sales leads.
  • Pitching products and/or services.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products and/or services.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Preparing, Negotiating and renegotiating contracts by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing sales goals and ensuring they are met.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Experience in a similar field.
  • Excellent English Language.
  • Excellent computer skills "Microsoft Office".
  • Very strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent Presentation skills.
  • Presentable.
